Yet there was another brand that caught my attention. Luella Bartley is the designer for 'Luella', and the brand is winning over my heart with the new romantic style. Though I love rock-glam, I'm glad they are capable of changing spirts into something new, different, and very beautiful. These cut outs are just a sample!
