Going out for the weekend? Don't leave your heels at home because you'll get tired of them or think they will hurt you at some point! Here are a few typs to stay comfortable in killer shoes.

1- When taking the train, bus, or any other public transportation, have in mind that you'll have to climb up/down stairs, get on/off stations, walk, and jump gaps between train and plataform (yep, just listen to the lady on the speaker, you know she's just a helping girl worried about you loosing your heels), so what I always do is I pick up my heels and go out wearing flats! There are easy and foldable ones you can buy at stores such as H&M, Zara, Forever21, and others. They're called 'ballet flats', they fit in your purse, are cheap and look like this:

2- I carry around band-aids and these babies with me:

They are cushions for your feet, which means that they will protect your sensible areas against the impact or the fabric of the shoe. Don't wait for the shoes to hurt you to put these on. I bet you already know the places you always have trouble with, so protect them! This way, on the next day you may be hungover, but with lovely feet.

3- Know when you can't stay on the shoes any longer and switch back to the flats. If you go out dancing and start to feel pain, don't suffer! Heels are beautiful, but flats look good and comfortable. Enjoy your evening.

4- When it's cold, I make an exception of the 'take flats with you' advice.

Boots tend to be more comfortable, and their heels can be larger. Larger heels = more stability, and I can actually spend the whole evening on them.

How much does your scale weight?

Imagine the nightmare it would be for us poor moulding professionals if in the same collection we had to do different pieces, one with a largest bust, one with a larger tummy, one with larger tights, etc. It would be hell, nothing would be ready on time for the runway. But in editorials, collections for sale... why not?

The main goal of the runway is to value to the maximum the clothes shown, we don't have time to think if it will valorize the good parts and hide the little flaws. This is the client, the girl who goes shopping, that has to have a sense of their own body and know what looks good and what doesn't. That's one of teh reasons we are here!

Me, for example, have never been nor will I ever be model-size, and I know my body isn't ugly because of that. Fact is, most women need to realize that there is a variation of body types, and that that's beautiful. We should take great care of ourselves so that we will like our bodies, without wanting to change bone structure or genetics because we are not the body type selected for the runways, we also have to realize there isn't just this type of midia anymore, it's the most accesible, but if we look further (hello, internet!) we'll find it's not the only one.

Plus size models are very common nowadays, and I love it!

What gets affected are the minds and self-esteem of women obsessed with being thin. If you're unhappy and need to change, do it for you. And don't go out there thinking guys and girls only like thin girls, you couldn't be more wrong. All tastes go with all body types and I have never had a complaint! It's the way it is, mister, take it or leave it.

If you've ever been/worked at a runway show backstage you know what I'm talking about when I say that for experience, I know models don't starve, they are thin and tall because it's how they are. Some even eat more than most people!

Even though I'd like to believe this world is perfect, the dark side of the Force is that Anorexia and Bulimia exist and they are holding their ground in a profession that requires you to look and weight a certain way. Unfortunately, not all girls who aspire to be top models possess the genetics to do so, and the result is that they harm their bodies, health, and much mroe trying.

Karl Lagerfel ocne said he 'has never seen an anorexic model', he's one of the people who has probably seen the most of them, having the years of experience and carreer he does. Ignoring the disease is the worst way to fight it. Midia is the second stage for something that begins inside the head of the person.

I thought it was important to say this on the blog, not only because we talk about the fashion world, but because it's something I've struggled with once, trying to be super thin and fighting with my body. It's not worth it, being healthy is all that you need to be fabulous in your clothes!

Anyone who knows me, knows I'm in love with animal print. And my favorite is the combination of "wine + leopard", inspired by the TOPSHOP editorial.

Last weekend I went to the Flea Market, which is nothing more than a fair where people sell their vintage clothing / antique furniture for amazing prices.

In this edition I have bought a Contoured Plaid suit, a Plaid Male Blazer and a pair ofoxford shoes to my boyfriend.

Coming out of the shopping and going to the fat zone ... They have Focaccia and a vegetarian falafel, which is amazing! It's the best vegetarian dish I've ever had.

This week I started my course in La Makeup Make Up Academy, I am loving, everyone is awesome, college is beautiful, I am speechless! I point out this college for girls who are thinking of investing more money in a career and study abroad. They have units in London, Dublin and L.A.

What do you think about a make up tutorial this week? What would you like to learn?

I need a model for next Tuesday during the day, IT HAS TO BE mote than 32 years, because it is for a photoshoot of the mother of the bride makeup. Anyone?

A wedding invitation, for a instant celebrity, can be a big opportunity for a bit of spotlight and wash the bad things away.
This weekend, Petra Ecclestone, daughter of the Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone, celebrated her marriage with James Stunt.

The event took place in Rome, on Odescalchi Castle, the same place where Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes got married in 2006.

Once she have, obviously, been out of the wedding list of Kim Kardashian wedding after the discussion of the two stars about "who is the original" and have her series The World According to Paris discontinued by the Oxygen Network, Paris Hilton, of course, wanted to be amazing at the wedding of her good friend Petra.

On the morning before the wedding, the sisters Paris and Nicky Hilton, wedding guests, and Fergie, who performed with the band Black Eyed Peas during the celebration, were caught on the "shopping" moment.

The 4.5 million followers of the protagonist of the show The World According to Paris (which by the way, did not go for a second season) followed the route of shopping day in Rome on twitter: "I just got back from shopping in town with Nicky Hilton and Fergie. We went to Dolce & Gabbana and bought so many wonderful things. I love Italy "

All three of them chose very casual outfits to match the summer weather in Italy. Paris wore a velvet hat (super trend) while Fergie bet the white and monochromatic outfit combined with a fringe bag from Chanel and Nicky in a printed tunic (really basic comparing to the platinum girls).

In the photos of the night out, before the wedding, where the guests come together out of the hotel for one "girls night" the blonde appears in one of her best looks.

As we all understand very well, shopping is the best cure for any disappointment.

What we want to know now is: what will be the next job of the heir of the Hilton empire?

Raise Your Glasses.

Sometimes I wish I had bad eyesight, just to wear glasses. I think they are beautiful and I would probably have a lot of shapes and colors. Plus, I love the nerdy look, it’s a great accessory, and I think it’s quite sexy. Truth is, guys or girls in glasses for me get twice as attractive!

But with so many shapes nowadays, it gets hard to decide which one to wear. That’s probably why I would have about 5 options!

They are definitely bringing the sexy back.

I used to work at a glass brand, and while I was at the store, I tried them ALL on. I have a big nose and a round face, so for me the bigger ones, square or aviator style, go better. Square glasses are great if you have a round face, while round ones look good when you have a delicate, square or long face.

Your glasses shouldn’t touch your cheeks, that’s a kind of rule. They must be supported by your nose and ears only,If they do touch your cheekbones, every time you smile they will go up, leave your nose, and sometimes even fall off (besides looking a bit…weird).

I would also say that while small glasses may look good on almost everyone, the really big ones look better when you have a bigger nose. But that’s not a rule, just proportion!

When picking colored glasses, choose a color that you won’t get tired of (glasses do not fall from tress, right?) and be sure that when you put them on, you won’t look to the side and see everything in pink.

The Prada Spring/Summer campaign has some adorable colors.

And of course, the heart shaped glasses!

Not even Marilyn Manson resisted the trend, and made a song about them a while ago. I want one, I wonder if it’ll look good on me.

The most powerful women can be influential, visionary, stylish or everything together.
Forbes released the list of 100 most powerful women in the world and guess what? In addition to politicians and bankers, on the V.I.P list we have models, fashionistas and singers!

Dilma Rousseff, brazilian president, is the third in the rankings, while Michelle Obama is on the eighth (If it was a fashion ranking, I bet Dilma would never be in front of Michelle!).
